If you’re a woman in your menopausal years, your doctor may have recommended taking calcium for bone support. Care should be taken with calcium supplementation, as you don’t want to overload on it. Medicinal Ingredients

Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains
Calcium (carbonate from Aquamin™*): 400 mg
Magnesium: 200 mg
(citrate, carbonate from Aquamin™*)
Potassium (citrate): 15 mg
Boron (citrate): 350 mcg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 500 IU / 12.5 mcg
*AquaminTM is a unique plant-sourced calcium and mineral complex derived from the sustainably harvested Icelandic marine red algae, Lithothamnion calcareum.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural chocolate flavour and potassium sorbate.

Dosage

Adults (19 years and older) – Take 1 tablespoon, 2 times daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake well before use.

Caution

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day.
