Medicinal Ingredients

Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains
Calcium (carbonate from Aquamin™*): 400 mg
Magnesium (citrate, carbonate from Aquamin™*): 200 mg
Potassium (citrate): 15 mg
Boron (citrate): 350 mcg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 500 IU / 12.5 mcg
Vitamin K2 (MK-7/menaquinone-7): 15 mcg
*AquaminTM is a unique plant-sourced calcium and mineral complex derived from the sustainably harvested Icelandic marine red algae, Lithothamnion calcareum.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural lemon-lime flavour and potassium sorbate.

Dosage

Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablespoon twice daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake well before use.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day.
