Ingredients

Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried herbs:

• Rehmannia glutinosa root: 1.2 g

• Chaste Tree: 100 mg

• Dong Quai (Angelica polymorpha root): 200 mg

• Chinese Yam (Dioscorea opposita root): 200 mg

• Peony (Paeonia lactiflora root): 200 mg

• Bupleurum falcatum root: 200 mg

• Calcium hydrogen phosphate: 350 mg, providing 81.6 mg calcium

• Calcium amino acid chelate: 50 mg, providing 10 mg calcium

• Magnesium amino acid chelate: 50 mg, providing 10 mg magnesium

• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 2.5 mcg (100 IU)

Directions

Take in the morning on an empty stomach when possible. The tablets may also be taken at another time of day.

For a daily dose of 4 tablets, take 2 tablets in the morning approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 tablets approximately 30 minutes before dinner.

Take with warm water or juice. While taking Harmony Menopause away from meals is preferred, it may be taken directly after a meal if you experience stomach discomfort when taking concentrated herbs on an empty stomach.
