Ingredients

DAY Tablets — Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to the following dried herbs:

• Rehmannia glutinosa root — 1.2 g

• Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) — 100 mg

• Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai) — 200 mg

• Dioscorea opposita root (Chinese Yam) — 200 mg

• Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) — 200 mg

• Bupleurum falcatum root — 200 mg

• Calcium hydrogen phosphate — 350 mg

  • Equivalent calcium — 81.6 mg

• Calcium amino acid chelate — 50 mg

  • Equivalent calcium — 10 mg

• Magnesium amino acid chelate — 50 mg

  • Equivalent magnesium — 10 mg

• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) — 2.5 mcg (100 IU)

NIGHT Tablet — Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to:

• Rehmannia glutinosa root — 7.6 g

• Ziziphus jujube seed — 10 g

How to Take

DAY: Take 2 tablets in the morning.

NIGHT: Take 1 tablet in the evening.

Tablets may be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
