• Elemental Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide) — 175 mg

• Chinese Rhubarb Root & Rhizome Extract (Rheum palmatum), standardized to 10% rhein — 100 mg

• Cape Aloe Leaf Latex Extract (Aloe ferox), standardized to 4% barbaloin — 100 mg

• Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra, inner stem bark) — 50 mg

• Triphala — 100 mg, consisting of:

  • Amla (Phyllanthus emblica, dried fruit), 6:1 extract — 33.3 mg (QCE 200 mg)

  • Harad (Terminalia chebula, dried fruit), 6:1 extract — 33.3 mg (QCE 200 mg)

  • Belleric (Terminalia bellirica, dried fruit), 6:1 extract — 33.3 mg (QCE 200 mg)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

• Vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose)

• Rice hull powder (Oryza sativa)

• Gum arabic

• Sunflower oil

Recommended Use

• Adults: Take 1–2 capsules with water at bedtime, 2–3 times per week.

• Allow 6–12 hours for the laxative effect.

• If results are not observed, the frequency may be increased to once daily, as directed on the product label.

• Maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day.

• Take at least 2 hours before or after other medications or health products.

• Use the smallest dose needed to produce a soft, formed stool.

Cautions & Warnings

• Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Do not use if you have a suspected or existing intestinal blockage, gastrointestinal narrowing, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, unexplained abdominal pain, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, diarrhea, severe dehydration, or other contraindications listed on the product label.

• Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have kidney disorders, fecal impaction, recent or upcoming surgery, or take medications that may affect electrolyte balance, including cardiac medications, diuretics, or corticosteroids.

• Reduce the dose or discontinue use if abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, or diarrhea occur.

• May cause cramp-like gastrointestinal discomfort; diarrhea may occur at higher doses.

• Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

• Discontinue use if an allergic reaction occurs.
