Evening primrose oil is made from the seeds of the flowers of the evening primrose plant, which is native to North and South America. The oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid or GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid found in plant oils. It’s known to help balance hormone levels, alleviate symptoms of PMS and promote healthy skin.

Health First Evening Primrose Oil is non-GMO, cold-pressed and hexane-free, containing a minimum of 9.5% GLA with 10 IU of natural vitamin E to keep it shelf-stable.
