Health First Respir First combines a blend of herbs traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to support respiratory health. Marshmallow acts as a demulcent to soothe throat irritation and dry cough, while nettle helps relieve seasonal allergy symptoms and also serves as a nutritive tonic. Ginger is used as an expectorant and cough suppressant to help ease bronchitis, coughs, and colds, and thyme along with other antioxidant-rich herbs to provide protection against the oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains
Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis)(root): 500 mg
Nettle (Urtica dioica)(leaf): 400 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)(root): 100 mg
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus)(root): 100 mg
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)(leaf): 100 mg
Linden (Tilia x europaea)(flower): 100 mg
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)(seed): 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, honey, natural eucalyptus flavour, citric acid, cassia cinnamon bark, clove, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

Dosage

Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml), 3 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Caution

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
