Natural Factors Iodine from Kelp provides a natural source of iodine, a mineral essential for the healthy function of the thyroid gland. The kelp’s pristine marine environment enriches it with iodine and other essential minerals needed for the maintenance of good health. We use only pure milled kelp, harvested from kelp beds in the cool waters of the North Atlantic, and tested for possible contaminants. Each tablet contains 750 mcg of iodine.
