Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, D-sorbitol, erythritol, natural flavour (blackcurrant, berry), natural flavour, malic acid, xanthan gum, potassium benzoate, stevia leaf extract, disodium EDTA.

Directions

Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. To optimize iron absorption, take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking calcium or dairy products. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
