Description
Health First Melatonin Supreme contains USP grade, MelaPure™ melatonin, which is produced in Italy under strict manufacturing standards in a patented process. It is guaranteed not to contain any serotonin, which is commonly found in melatonin supplements. The formula is free from common allergens and timed to gradually release 3 mg of melatonin into the blood stream over a 6-to-8-hour period to support healthy sleep.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Each tablet contains
MelaPure™ melatonin*: 3 mg
*USP grade
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (controlled release), microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate and magnesium stearate.
Directions:
Adults – Take 1 tablet, once daily at or before bedtime.
For jet lag – Take 1 tablet, once daily at bedtime, while traveling and at destination until you have adapted to the new time zone.
Duration of Use:
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions & Warnings:
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking the product. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Avoid taking with alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, steroids, blood pressure or seizure medications, or medications that suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), affect mental state or increase sedation. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraines.
Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea.
Timed release tablets are formulated to gradually release melatonin over a period of 6 to 8 hours.
