Recommended Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation or if you have a bleeding disorder.

Stop using this product 7 days before any scheduled surgery, or immediately if you have unscheduled surgery or experience an injury resulting in bruising or bleeding.
