Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

• Betaine HCl (Beta vulgaris) (root) 500 mg
• Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed) 100 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 3 capsules daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
