Medicinal Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Fennel 4:1 extract (Foeniculum vulgare) (seed) 200 mg, anise (Pimpinella anisum) (seed) 150 mg, and caraway (Carum carvi) (seed) 100 mg.

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), rice starch, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are experiencing acute abdominal pain or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
