Cane sugar, stearic acid, xylitol, silica, natural flavours, citric acid, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Use

Adults: Do not take on an empty stomach.

All uses except jet lag: Chew 1 tablet once daily at or before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Jet lag: Chew 1 tablet once daily at bedtime while travelling and at the destination until adapted to the new daily pattern, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For occasional short-term use.

Caution

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Exercise caution when driving, operating heavy machinery, or participating in activities requiring mental alertness.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, a hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders, or if you take anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedatives, hypnotics, psychotropic medications, steroids, carbidopa, or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity.

Do not use if you have scleroderma or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Some people may experience drowsiness or gastrointestinal effects such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if concerning symptoms or skin changes occur. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms and rare allergic reactions have been reported.

For all uses except relaxation and jet lag, consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks.
