Recommended Use

Directions

• Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily, 2 hours after food, 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner
• Use the smallest effective dose that controls the symptoms
• Swallow whole, do not crush or chew
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks
