Medicinal Ingredients

Each capsule (0.6 g) contains
Nutricol® bioflavonoids: grape seed extract 25 mg and green tea extract 25 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): 200 mg
Glucosamine hydrochloride: 150 mg
Vitamin C: 80 mg
Betaine HCl: 40 mg
Magnesium: 29 mg
Vitamin E: 13.4 mg AT / 20 IU
Hyaluronic acid: 5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Blackberry powder, blueberry powder, cranberry powder, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and raspberry powder.

Dosage

Adults: Take 5 capsules twice daily. For best absorption, do not take with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to assess beneficial effects.
