Recommended Use

• Helps support prostate health.Helps reduce the urologic symptoms (such as weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and nighttime urination) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Directions

• Recommended adult dose: 2 capsules 3 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months

Caution

• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any other medications or natural health products, have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, have or are predisposed to cancer, or if you have a liver disorder or develop liver-related symptoms (e.g., abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine), or to exclude the diagnosis of prostate cancer
• Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency; do not take this product if you have a copper deficiency
• Discontinue treatment and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, gastric pain, visual disturbances, unsteadiness, nausea, tremor, imbalance, irritable bowel, skin rash, or headaches appear
• Discontinue use if you experience joint pain
